    Beste Qualität
    Toller Sporenabdruck, ich habe ein wenig in 100ml 5%-ige Rohrzuckerlösung gegeben für eine Füssigkultur. nach 3 Tagen dann doch keine Zeit gehabt und die Kultur 2 Wochen in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Dann das Substrat geimpft, leider gab es gerade kein Roggen, ich habe dann einen Mix aus Dinkel (24 Stunden eingeweicht) 3 Stunden abgekocht mit 20% Buchenräuchermehl und ein paar Esslöffel Kaffeesatz. 10ml pro 1200ml Substrat. Das Substrat war etwas zu fett und zu nass, aber nach 4 Wochen war alles komplett kolonisiert und die ersten 100g pro 1200ml Substrat wurden nach 8 Wochen geerntet, der aktuelle Schub sieht sehr stark aus.
