The breeders at GeneSeeds present to us yet another formidable creation from their Exotic Line of strains. They took the mythical Old Skunk Exodus and paired her with their exotic Evania, resulting in a hybrid that makes for an explosion of exotic aromas with superb production and a very short flowering time. A very resinous strain that is also excellent for hash-making!
Although GeneSeeds has not released a lot of information about Ananda, it's possible she doesn't require a lengthy description. After all, she already wins smokers over with her unique flavour profile that is reminiscent of exotic red fruits. Moreover, she shows vigorous growth in the tent and is able to pump out high quantities of unique and tasty buds.
Whiplash is the stunning outcome of a long and thorough breeding project by GeneSeeds. Via backcrossing and intensive research, they finally found a suitable match worthy of their classic M8: Lebanon #3. Together, they create a new and improved version of the M8 strain. Expect hashy flavours and very high production.
StarNia is yet another fantastic offering from GeneSeeds’ Exotic Line of cannabis seeds. This unique variety shines with a complex flavour profile, very high resin production, and good potency. Boasting vigorous yet low-maintenance growth, this cultivar is ideal for new or less-experienced growers.

Before the backstory, the essentials. Every GeneSeeds strain we stock is feminized and photoperiod, and each brings something different to the tent:
| Strain | Parents | Flowering time | Best spot |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ananda | Grapefruit x Lebanon 1 | 8 to 9 weeks | Indoor tent or mild garden |
| ExoEvania | Old Skunk Exodus x Evania | 9 to 10 weeks | Outdoors only |
| Whiplash | M8 Bx2 x Lebanon 3 | 8 to 9 weeks | Indoor or greenhouse |
| StarNia | Evania x Old Star | 8 to 9 weeks | First grows anywhere |

GeneSeeds is the project of Jose, a Spanish breeder who fell for Middle Eastern cannabis genetics, particularly Lebanese landraces, and never looked back. What started as a private collection of crosses became a proper seedbank once the results were too good not to share.
GeneSeeds is a Spanish cannabis breeder specialising in indica strains from the Middle East, particularly Lebanon.

The range splits neatly into two family lines. On the Lebanese side sit Ananda and Whiplash. Ananda folds sharp grapefruit into Lebanon 1 genetics and yields generously after 8 to 9 weeks of flowering, while Whiplash works Lebanon 3 into an earthy, hash-flavoured indica whose body buzz hangs around far longer than you expect.
The Evania side is where things get modern. ExoEvania crosses Old Skunk Exodus with Evania and is the strongest thing in the catalogue, though she only performs outdoors and wants 9 to 10 weeks in flower. StarNia, from Evania x Old Star, is her gentle sister: easy to grow, pine and tropical fruit in the nose, and a CBD share that keeps the experience mellow.
Depends on the job. StarNia is the easiest and stays mellow, ExoEvania hits hardest but grows outdoors only, Ananda brings grapefruit flavour, and Whiplash delivers old-school hash character.
GeneSeeds does not resell famous cuts under a new sticker. Their lines are crossed, backcrossed and stabilised in-house over generations, which is why you will struggle to find these exact strains anywhere else. It is a short menu compared to the giants, and that is rather the point.

Each order arrives with the seeds pressed into a foam disc inside a cardboard sleeve, so they reach your letterbox fresh and intact. The artwork alone is worth keeping.
Right here. Zamnesia stocks all four feminized GeneSeeds strains for the UK, shipped quickly and discreetly. One heads-up for autopilot fans: the current range holds no autoflowering seeds, so plan for a light schedule or a proper British summer.
