2238% of the reference intake, from one softgel: 269 mg of alpha-tocopherol carried in olive oil. That is the whole Beauty shelf, a single product, and the rest of this page explains what vitamin E is genuinely for rather than what a beauty label would like it to be.

Our Beauty shelf is one product deep. That makes this page less of a buying guide and more of a straight answer about what vitamin E does, what it is not allowed to claim, and where the collagen and biotin you were probably looking for actually live.
Vitamin E Softgels hold 269 mg of alpha-tocopherol each, which is 2238% of the reference intake. Alpha-tocopherol is the only form of vitamin E the body can use, and the one approved claim in the EU is that vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. UV and air pollution are where most of that oxidative pressure comes from day to day. One softgel daily with a glass of water, preferably after eating.
No collagen in our range, and no hyaluronic acid either. Skin vitamins in the broader sense we do have, but they sit in vitamins and minerals rather than under Beauty.
Worth being blunt about two things. We sell no creams, serums or topical skincare in this category at all, and the one capsule we do sell is not vegan: the softgel shell is gelatin. The fill is olive oil, so the capsule itself is easy to swallow and near enough tasteless, but a plant-based shopper should know before ordering.

If the table sent you elsewhere, the longevity range is the closest neighbour, and daily essentials covers the everyday multivitamin end. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
No. Neither is in our range, here or elsewhere. Zinc you can get, but only combined in Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc over in vitamins and minerals.
269 mg of alpha-tocopherol, the only form of vitamin E the body can use. That works out at 2238% of the reference intake, so it is a generous dose rather than a top-up.
No creams, serums or topical products at all. Everything here is taken by mouth.
Yes. Wheat germ oil is the densest source, then sunflower oil, almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds. A capsule just gives you a fixed, measured dose.
