High CBD or balanced 1:1, choosing the right ratio
Cannabinoids do not work in isolation: run CBD and THC together and you get the entourage effect, which is what a 1:1 is for. Go the other way, to 28:1 with THC down at industrial hemp levels, and the plant is purely calming. Terpenes shape the flavour on both sides, and flowering time barely changes between them.
