If the wording on the box matters to you, read that line rather than guessing from the brand name.

The Minerals Tablet, Line By Line

Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc is the only multi-mineral here. Thirty tablets to the bottle, and the label lists a daily dose of two tablets giving calcium (as oystercalcium) 684mg, magnesium (bisglycinate/oxide) 304mg, and zinc (citrate) 10mg, with a usage line of 1-3 tablets a day with a glass of water. The HPMC coating makes them slick going down rather than chalky, and the bottle is small enough for a jacket pocket. Watch out for two things: the calcium is listed as oystercalcium, so it isn't the pick if you're keeping to plant-based labels, and at two a day a 30-tab bottle is a fortnight, not a month. Our listings describe each as a blend of vitamins, minerals, and plant extracts, but there's no per-ingredient breakdown published, so you can't line them up figure for figure the way you can with the two D3 labels.
