Liftea Harmonized: truffles and tea, brewed as one

Liftea Harmonized is built around a simple idea: instead of eating magic truffles raw, you steep them into a warm cup of tea. The tea blend itself is an organic mix of green tea sencha, ginger, nettle, mate, lemongrass, cinnamon, lemon oil, mint, green tea matcha, turmeric, goji, chilli and mint oil, packed as 10 grams of loose tea with an empty tea bag so you can fill it yourself. There are two ways to buy it. Version 1 gives you just the tea and the empty bag, for anyone who already has truffles or wants to brew the blend on its own. Version 2 adds two Clarity Microdosing Packs (six 1-gram truffles each, 12 grams total), so the tea and the truffles arrive together, ready to combine.

Brewing with intention: how much water, how much truffle

The whole point of brewing rather than chewing is that you can shape the experience by adjusting water volume alongside truffle weight. As a guide: 1 gram of truffles in around 250ml of water sits at the gentle end, 2 grams in 400ml gives a more noticeable buzz, 3-4 grams in 700ml suits a deeper brew or sharing between two, 6 grams in a litre makes a strong solo cup, and 12 grams in 1.5 litres stretches to a full batch for a group of two to four. Getting the brew right

Truffles keep best in the fridge, so store them there and check the expiration date before you brew. Many people find brewing on an empty stomach gives the most consistent results. If you're steeping a stronger batch, plan to have a sober trip sitter around rather than brewing solo.
