J’ai essayé deux types des microdosing et avec cette dernière je m’ai suis rendue compte à la fin que il est bien de tester chacun sa dose personnelle car normalement je prenais 1 dose chaque 3 jours mais dans les dernières jours j’ai pris 2 doses chaque 3 jours et c’était vraiment bien l’effet positive et relaxant, avec une attitude motivante.

I don't see much difference from the classic Microdoses...
The microdoses are great to create *new habits* (21 days at the brain) but if you are depressed, I don't recommend you to try them unless you wanna try an extended treatment, because they will probably work as the antidepressants at the beggining, feeling down. Please, read more about it and its compatibility. KEEP IN MIND that you will need to clean your organism from the antidepressants BEFORE try psilocybin!!

He comprado un pack de cada tipo y ahora que las he tomado ya todas, concluyo que ésta ha sido mi favorita. Me dió más energía, me sentía más activa, mejor humor en general, se notaba claramente la diferencia comparado a no tomar nada. Yo trabajo de cara al público, que todos sabemos puede ser conflictivo a veces. Pues con esta trufa he notado una diferencia clara, estaba más relajada y resolutiva si algo iba mal. No puedo decir que haya notado ningún incremento de creatividad, pero todo sumado me he sentido muy bien, la voy a volver a tomar seguro.
