j'en pends de temps en temps le soir pour me détendre. la première fois ça a été super efficace, j'ai passé environ 2-3h dans une sorte de méditation agréable. le soucis c'est que peu importe quel produit je prend ça ne fait pas effet bien longtemps sur moi mais ça ce n'est pas un soucis de produit mais un soucis de metabolisme ( ça me fait le même soucis avec les médicaments ou toutes supstances )
