St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum): A Cosmopolitan Perennial With a Striking Profile
St. John's Wort belongs to the family Hypericaceae and grows across a wide natural range spanning Europe, central China, northern Africa, and the western Himalayas. The plant is a herbaceous perennial most easily identified by its bright yellow, five-petalled flowers and the small perforations visible in the leaves when held up to light, a feature so distinctive it became the basis of the species name, perforatum. It blooms around midsummer, traditionally around 24 June, the feast day of St. John the Baptist, which is where the common name comes from. The aerial parts, primarily the flowering tops and leaves, have a long history of traditional use across multiple cultures.
Preparing St. John's Wort as a Tea
The dried herb is well suited to infusion. Add the herb to hot water and allow it to steep before drinking. The 20g pack gives you a decent supply for regular use. Unlike a fresh botanical, dried St. John's Wort keeps well when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light, the drying process is what makes long-term storage practical in the first place.

Product looks fine
Am yet to try it, but the product looks and smells great!
abbastanza buono
Huelen genial
Perfecto para vaporizar
