Daily Dose

The daily dose is 2 Dextro tablets and 4 Valeriaan capsules. Dextro tablets are dissolving tablets, dissolved in the mouth. Valeriaan capsules are taken afterwards with a glass of water. Once you've taken both, eat something within about 10 minutes to help you settle.

How to Use and Store It

Take the 2 Dextro tablets first and let them dissolve fully in your mouth. Follow with the 4 Valeriaan capsules, swallowed with water. Have a small snack around 10 minutes later. Store the kit in a cool, dry, dark place, out of reach of children.
