Dosage, Usage & Storage
Take 1 tablet twice daily with water, preferably with or around a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains 3.5 mg caffeine and 5 mg EGCG per daily dose. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Store in a cool, dry and dark place, out of the reach of children.
