Wild Dagga (Leonotis leonurus) is a fast-growing perennial shrub from the grasslands of southern Africa, where it grows at altitudes reaching up to 2,000m. It belongs to the Lamiaceae family, the same plant family as mint. The plant is hard to miss: square stems, velvety leaves, and dense whorls of bright orange tubular flowers arranged along tall erect stems. It has a long history of traditional use among the Khoikhoi and Bushmen of South Africa. This pack contains 5g of dried flowers.

Using Wild Dagga as an Herbal Infusion

The dried flowers are well suited to preparation as a herbal tea. Add them to hot water and allow them to steep.
